The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the U. S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) are federal government agencies that administer loan guaranty programs and other support services to encourage growth and development of small businesses throughout the United States. A percentage of the loan is guaranteed by the SBA or the USDA, enabling Wincreek’s Funds to accept greater risk on small businesses that may not currently be financially strong enough to obtain a conventional bank loan. USDA-guaranteed loans are commonly used for business that generate jobs and increase commerce in rural areas. These loans generally offer lower down payments and longer terms but they may also take longer to complete and fund. Wincreek’s Funds are considered “preferred” by the SBA and the USDA with the experience needed to make SBA and USDA borrowing easier and more convenient for our clients. SBA-guaranteed business loan program is the “SBA’s 504” program which is used to purchase real estate for businesses that are likely to increase the level of employment at the company.
